Design Thinking in Education

‘’Design Thinking in Education" is an 8-hour intensive workshop designed to equip educators with a human-centered framework for solving complex classroom challenges. Moving beyond theory, this course focuses on "learning by doing," helping educators shift from being the sole architects of learning to being co-designers with their students. Participants will learn to navigate ambiguity, foster student agency, and create resilient learning environments through the 5 stages of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.

 

Coaching for Leadership: Developing Resilient Educators

By the end of this 10 CPD hours course, you will be able to:

  •     Apply Coaching Models: Effectively utilize the GROW model and other coaching frameworks to guide developmental conversations.

  •     Build Educator Resilience: Identify signs of burnout and apply strategies to foster emotional resilience in yourself and your team.

  • Use Reflective Questioning: Master active listening and powerful questioning techniques to promote critical thinking and self-efficacy among staff.

  • Foster Psychological Safety: Create a workplace culture where educators feel safe to take risks, share failures, and innovate.

  • Create an Action Plan: Develop a personalized implementation plan to integrate coaching practices into your daily leadership routine.
